Functional Statement
MANDATE
The Office of the Municipal Treasurer is mandated to take custody, exercise proper management and take charge of the disbursement of all the funds of the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich trusted to her by the law.
VISION
The Office of the Municipal Treasurer with deep commitment in the efficient fiscal administration of collection, custody and disbursement of funds with responsible, honest, competent and approachable staff to support the local government to achieve its financial goals and objectives for the growth of the Municipality of Manolo Fortich.
MISSION
The Office of the Municipal Treasurer shall ensure efficient and effective collection of taxes, fees and charges in accordance with the existing laws and ordinances, and to take custody and exercise proper management of funds of the Local Government of Manolo Fortich in order to maximize the tax revenue collection to sustain and maintain the financial needs and development of the municipality.
